Kathlee Freeman, Chair Global Policy Solutions to Hunger and Food Insecurity
Kathlee is a graduate student in the Rural Sociology department at the University of Missouri – Columbia. Her research focuses on the use of technology by smallholder farmers in East Africa, particularly information and communication technologies. She also writes about technology, food systems, agriculture, and agriculture and food policy. Her work has been featured in Food Tank: The Food Think Tank, The Christian Science Monitor, and the Johns Hopkins Center for Livable Future Blog.
